Taking part in the Manifold Valley Agricultural Show

At the Manifold Valley Agricultural Show, we had a busy time sharing our project news and updates with members of the public. This included those managing their own woodland sites on their land. The event provided an excellent opportunity for us to connect with others involved in conservation work in the area.

The Manifold Valley Agricultural Show offered a range of exciting activities and entertainment. It was a great weekend with horse, dog, and livestock competitions that showcased the beauty and skills of the animals. The show also featured local craft and food stalls, providing a great atmosphere for visitors to purchase unique and handmade items.

In addition to engaging with the general public, we had the opportunity to connect with various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) who are also engaged in conservation work. It was valuable to exchange ideas, share experiences, and discuss how we could collaborate in the future. This networking fostered a sense of community and helped us broaden our horizons in terms of potential partnerships and collaborations in our efforts to conserve the wildlife in the area.

Overall, the Manifold Valley Agricultural Show provided us with a valuable platform to connect with the local community, share information about our project, and connect with others who are also dedicated to conservation efforts. It was an enjoyable and enriching experience, and we look forward to participating in similar events in the future.
